Spirit Quest Journeys – Sea Kayak Guide

We are now hiring for our summer sea kayak tours on the West Coast of Canada.

18 years of age or older
Lead sea kayak guide certification (or extensive experience)
Advanced Wilderness First Aid training with CPR training
VHF radio certification
Valid Canadian drivers license
Personable and comfortable sharing spiritually with others
Strong leadership abilities
Experience with meal planning and shopping
Self motivated with excellent organizational skills
Comfortable using e-mail, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel programs

As SpiritQuest Journeys continues to grow we will be adding tours in various outdoor pursuits. Having strengths
and experience in other outdoor activities would be an asset.

Responsibilities may include:

Leading our spiritual programs
Guiding groups on the water and ashore
Menu planning and purchasing groceries for tours
Trip planning
Record keeping – trip costs, client information, budgeting
Driving a trailer with boats to launch points
Maintaining and cleaning equipment
Meal preparation on trips

Resume should include:
